Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
One of the events while doing penance is about overcoming lust. This event, which takes for granted that the character han have sex, can happen even to Celibate characters who have decided to not have sex at all.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Enter a Monastic Order
2. Become Celibate
3. Do penance
4. Wait for the event to fire

I would guess that this is due to the lustful trait. In my opinion, it's the possibility of taking the decision to become celibate while lustful that's the real problem.
