Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When I go and look at the wonders interface. There are no description and modifiers listet anywhere, and I have tried to uninstall and install again but it doesn't help.

Are playing with UI scaling?
There is a bug which causes this to happen when the UI is scaled and we plan to address it in the upcoming update.
