Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Every time I invite someone to my court, they come with a long-reign bonus
a unreasonable high long reign bonus

I can upload savegames if you like but it happens in every game

Before 3.2.0 people came with a short reign penalty and I assume something was changed there (intentionally or not)

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Invite characters to your court I guess.

How long has your ruler reigned? That's what the Long Reign bonus is supposed to represent.

1. The long reigh bonus does not (or did previously not) apply to character you just invited to your court. They would rather have a short reign penalty

Spoiler: Another Example

I am the (former) Sheikh of Tis who started his reign in 768. So in this case it would be 17 years.
Funny enough, when I took this screenshot I just (plot-) revoked the county of Saravan from one of my vassals
