Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When I win against an independence revolt, I get to imprison all the faction members and revoke their titles. If they are in prison, they normally don't get a choice if they want to rebel against title revocation, which makes sense.

This works for everyone except the leader of the faction. He is imprisoned as well, but he still gets to decide if he wants to rebel against the revocation, which he always does. I can then immediately enforce demands against this new revolt, because he is still in prison, but when I want to revoke his title again, he rebels again. This can be repeated an arbitrary number of times, but I can obviously never actually get the title this way.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
-> Load attached save.
-> Enforce demands on the independence revolt.
-> Try to revoke the title of the faction leader.

...You are right, he is not imprisoned by me. He is imprisoned by a vassal of one of my vassals. That would explain why I can't revoke the title, but I still think this whole situation is a little bit weird.
If he is a duke you can request the pope for a claim and usurp his duchy. Otherwise fabricate a strong claim and usurp. Works also with kingdoms but is way harder, because you need a strong claim.
