The event that possibly can result in the birth of Sviatoslav doesn't check for things like either parent being incapable, imprisoned, or celibate or the father (Yngvar) being a eunuch.
Presumably, the event should check for those things (and anything else that might be relevant), seeing as it isn't a supernatural event that gets to work around those things.
