One line summary of your issue
[3.3.2] Children of Concubines Don't Count as Dynasty

Game Version
3.3.2 (IIVC)

What expansions do you have installed?

The Reapers Due,
Way of Life,
The Old Gods,
Holy Fury

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I'm playing as a reformed slavic pagan ruler of the Wendish Empire, and I just had 2 sons with the same concubine with currently no other sons. Both children count as my own children in every single way, but they don't share the same dynasty as me. So they will inherit the empire when I die, but I can't play as them. The game recognizes me as the father and the concubine as the mother, but doesn't recognize that they should be my dynasty. It's even weirder when you realize that the older son was my dynasty until the second was born.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Be Piast in the Old Gods start.
2. Claim Poland.
3. Reform slavic paganism (Warmongering, Children of Perun, Meritocracy, Temporal)
4. Claim Wendish Empire
5. Enforce absolute crown authority, ultimogenture (meritocracy)
6. Wait 5 generations from step 3 and have 2 sons with a concubine, but neither of them are in your dynasty despite all other previous concubine children taking my dynasty.
7. game ends when this guy dies.

I had something similar-ish happen to me on Saturday in a MP game. The issue wasn't with a concubine, but with my heir's wife. He had been married patrilineally to a female illegitimate bastard of my dynasty. Then the game decided that the marriage was matrilineal (they already have 3 kids in my save, with a visually clearly patrilineal marriage), meaning that since she was an illegitimate, all 3 of the children suddenly became a randomly generated dynasty whose founder was that illegitimate female bastard. I was lucky that I was playing with a friend who was happy to help me murder my heir's wife and 3 grandchildren, but it really annoyed the hell out of me. I did see that after she was dead, the icon changed to indicate the marriage was matrilineal.

Now, looking at your save, the concubine in question was once an illegitimate bastard of your dynasty (Her father is a Piast)! Huh, apparently the game is bugged when it comes to marrying/taking as a concubine illegitimate bastard females of your own dynasty!
