Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Joined in a multiplayer game with 4 other people, and when the game was unpaused, found that I had only progressed a few days while people were nearing the end of the month, I tried rejoining when they did a rehost and had loaded 5% of the save file (they had been playing for <1/2 an hour) in the time it took everyone else to fully load the game. I don't believe it is my internet, I redownloaded ck2 to play tonight, and it had a 3+ mp/s download rate, and when I play eu4 weekly I have little trouble keeping up, I have no trouble loading multiple instances of YouTube, Twitch, etc. at a time. I have similar problems with Victoria 2 (using hamachi if that makes any difference) and I think it may be related to a problem with eu4 I had been having before I did a factory-wipe of my pc (where eu4 would remain stuck on the 12th of November upon unpausing and would refuse to load save-files when rehosting)
Steps to reproduce the issue.
dunno just tried playing multiplayer, sorry for not being more descriptive. Also I don't have any expansions but the form requires me to select at least one (may want to check that out)
