I had the same problem but noticed I had a green box around my launcher and it turned out that my firewall had contained the program.
Just changed CK2 to trusted through the firewall and the DLC was recognized again.

hi @ryanlangford - as @Milkman5568 says, its most likely your firewall/anti-virus. if they issue continues, please let me know and I'll investigate further.
