One line summary of your issue
After peace deal enemies make levies vanish 3.0.1.1 (NNDO)

Game Version
3.0.1.1 (NNDO)

What expansions do you have installed?
All of the above

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When I reach 100% warscore I pause the game, peace out of the war, and drop my levies either through the in-game menu or by using the mouse and ctrl+x. When I do not wait a few in game days before dropping the levies, many if not all of them do not return home even if I am in friendly territory. Despite the war concluding, the game still treats the former enemy's troops as a current enemy's troops. This disrupts my early game quite a bit because it puts a stop to conquest, gives my factions more power, and allows my neighbors to conquer me unopposed. I usually restart when this happens.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1.Declare war on another power.
2.Get to 100% warscore, or any score where the enemy will accept your demands.
3.Pause the game.
4.Enforce demands.
5.Drop levies.
6.Observe your troop count drop to 0.
