No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Every time I start a new game every randomly generated courtier starts with the same two traits ( Erudite & Stubborn ) and only those traits. Also when using the decision to get noble, soldier or debutante they always spawn with just those two traits. Have tried several new starts and always the same. I have tried validating on steam and re-downloading game but still the same behavior.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Not really sure. Happens on every single new start and will persist throughout the entire game. Have only tried 1081 start but will test others too.

Have you tried right-clicking on CK2 -> Properties -> Local Files -> Verifying Integrity of Local Files? If that doesn't work, please try uninstalling all mods, and then uninstalling and re-installing the game. It must be a problem caused by a previous mod that no longer works because I don't know anybody else who has this happen.
