I am not sure how but a Lowborn Khaganate appeared in my ironman game.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Not sure. Might be caused somehow by a horde settling down recently.

Have seen this happen on multiple occasions also, so it's not just you.

Most likely related to the posthumous son issue and father dynasty not being applied to them while they're in line to inherit after brothers nonetheless.
