Assassins: bugged missions and mark of death

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Playing tribal shia in 769, some of the events of the assasins society are bugged and not giving divine power:
1. Assassination of target does not give divine power
2. Converting county to shia does not give divine power
3. "occupy (x)" where is x is county is often replaced by a dot "occupy ." making it uncompletable
3. Mark of death never works even waiting over 10 years.
At first I restarted, checked and verified integrity but that did nothing.
I reinstalled the game (deleted all folder and saves afterwards), reinstalled and started a new one and I've done two assasination missions so far and they gave me (300) divine power, the rest of the events are still bugged, and mark of death is still not working on anyone.
This is odd because I remember the society working fine weeks ago with a non muslim Character.
