Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I have a level 3 Royal Palace wonder, as an Italian Byzantine Emperor with Roman imperial government and level 6 construction tech in the capital, where the palace is also located, but the Automata throne upgrade doesn't show up as an option.

Looks like, though the upgrade is defined in 00_wonder_upgrades, it isn't specified as a possible upgrade for any actual wonder in 00_wonders.
