Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I wanted to play with my brother the free-to-player version of CK2. Unfortunately, I cannot start the game. The game told both of us that the game cannot be started because it is not allowed to play landless. He was shown that I had not selected a character and I was shown that he had not selected a character. However, we have both already made a choice. I attached a screenshot.

Btw we have not installed any expansion. However, I am not able to post a question without marking one. "None expansion" option is missing.

The error text of the interface was wrong.
The player hosting a game MUST change the start date a least once before he hosts the game. Otherwise, the start dates of the host and all players joining the game differ whereas nobody is able to change the start date anymore. Little buggy in my opinion.
