Can't activate Holy Fury

3.2.2 and 3.3.0

What expansions do you have installed?
All of the above

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Started game for 1st time since June. Had Holy Fury since release, and it shows in my steam Library. Played games many times with HF. Now, all of a sudden, it's been deactivated and greyed out. The game thinks I don't own it.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start game, find HF deactivated and unable to activate.
