1. The game admits we're at war.
2. He is not currently considering another offer from me
3. I can't get him to sign a peace deal (despite being at 100% warscore)
4. this has been going on for a month now.
(I cant even surrender or white peace or so)
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Revoke vasall that revolts. Get weird interactions.
