Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I've seen a character getting two zodiac signs. I'm not sure how it happens and why.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
I'm not sure how it did happened, but I've added the savegame anyway.

This is still happening in 3.0.1. There's an overlap in the scripted triggers for Capricorn and Aquarius so characters born on January 19 get both. Since those are the two that appear in the screenshot I assume this is responsible for OP's issue.

Children born on the January, 19th get both Capricorn AND Aquarius (Her twin brother had it as well)
It seems the data base is faulty here - Capricorn ends one date to late or Aquarius starts one to early
