Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
My third daughter was married normally to a foreign sultan (I needed the alliance). Their first child is of his dynasty and my daughter was pregnant with their second child when he died. I invited my daughter back to my court and the second child was born - but is of my dynasty! Not only that but when I hover over the marriage icon to the now dead sultan it shows as Matrilineal when that was not the case.

I've also experienced this problem, and it's bitten me pretty bad. For example:

My character has a female heir and a pregnant wife upon death, when the child is born they are of my wife's dynasty. Now I get "No heir of your dynasty" due to the next in line being of their mother's dynasty.

Then I'm just one early death away from game over.
