Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I was hoping that this issue would be resolved with the patch but it seems like you overlooked it.
If you get imprisoned children the DEFAULT tutor for them is your ruler, which is incredibly annoying because even if you go through the painstaking process of manually assigning tutors (which wont be available to tutor ACTUALLY IMPORTANT children then) they will still default - WITHOUT ANY NOTICIFATION - to your ruler whenever the game deems the tutor to not be able to fulfill these duties.
This also makes positive education events completely useless since they tend to go to some random prisoner.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Imprison children. Play the game.
