One line summary of your issue
CK II - 3.0.1.1 (ONDO) Child born of Mother's dynasty if father dies before birth

Game Version
3.0.1.1

What expansions do you have installed?
All of the above

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
This literal game breaking bug has been here since at least the first patch of Holy Fury last year and still is in game. In a normal marriage, if the wife gets pregnant and the father dies before birth the child will ALWAYS be born under the mother's dynasty even if she is a lowborn with no dynasty.

People have said this is a feature and I refuse to believe it because it makes no sense and it wasn't mentioned in the slightest way in any patch note.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1) Marry two people.

2) Get wife pregnant.

3) Kill husband and wait until child is born.
