Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I started a game in 867 (or whatever year that is) and was playing Gallillee for the achievement, and I noticed the petra just below me. I clicked on the Petra and the UI is kinda weird.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
I'm confident it's because I'm using 1.2x UI scale because I have UHD monitors.
If you set the ui scale to 1.2x you'll see the issue as well.

I should be more specific. The restore button is hidden. I just adjusted my scale back to normal and the restore button is still hidden. So looks like it's just the Petra stuff.
