I can't build any of the Bronze, Silver or Gold plating upgrades to the great statue. The tooltip says that I can't already have a plating upgrade built, but I have none! I did some testing and I found out that if there is another statue great work with any of the plating upgrades, it disables them for all other rulers
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Build a statue wonder, select any of the plating bonuses and wait for it to finish, or use the quickbuild command. Build another statue and find that you can't build a plating bonus.
