When uncrowned Charlemagne creates the Empire of Francia, he gets a pop-up saying he had been crowned by the Pope, even though he never started the "Organize Coronation" event chain. I had held off being crowned until that point, since I was going for the self-crowing Achievement. This auto-coronation seems incomplete, as the Pope's name is missing from the trait, and the uncrowned opinion malus still persists.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Start as Charlemagne 769.
2. Wait to inherit the kingdom from your brother.
3. Accumulate enough piety to create the Empire of Francia.
4. Create the Empire of Francia without having been previously crowned as a King.
