One line summary of your issue
CK2 v3.0.1 Elective Succession: Cannot nominate sons

Game Version
3.0.1

What expansions do you have installed?

Monks & Mystics,
The Reapers Due,
Conclave,
Horse Lords,
Way of Life,
Charlemagne,
Sons of Abraham,
The Old Gods,
Legacy of Rome,
Sword of Islam,
Holy Fury

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When succession is changed to Elective Monarchy it is not possible to nominate my legitimate children as heirs.

This seems to be related to the fact that their mother is a title holder. Once the mother is killed all her children are available to nominate as heirs. When one of the sons is then married to another title holder this repeats itself and the son is again no longer available for nomination.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
- Load Save File
- Open screen to nominate successor - see that the legitimate children of the king and queen (Magnus of Bavaria & Theodemar of Bavaria) are not on the list.
- Kill Queen Agathe (ID: 1061613) and run for a few days.
- Open screen to nominate successor - see that all legitimate children are now available to nominate.

Futher (Maybe related bug)
- Run the game until 24 Feb 1096
- Open screen to nominate successor - Theodemar is available to select as heir
- Complete marriage of Theodemar to Duchess Hodierne of Baden
- run for several days
- Open screen to nominate successor - Theodemar is no longer available to nominate as heir.

I also am having the pretty much same issue, although I do not own the Conclave and Holy Fury DLCs.

I am using patch 3.0.1.1. It's ironman, with acheivements enabled.

In summary, as the duke of Burgundy in the kingdom of Austrasia my character married the duchess of Upper Lorraine (also in de facto and de jure Austrasia). My character recently successfully pressed a claim to the Kingdom of Burgundy, inherited from maternal grandfather. The claim war finished shortly after the Grand Chiefdom of Saxony won their prepared version of Burgundy; hence the only county in the de jure kingdom of Burgundy which I have in my realm is Savoy (which I was occupying when the prepared invasion ended).

Before and after gaining the kingdom of Burgundy title
I was unable to nominate any of my children (5 daughters + 2 sons), all by my wife the duchess of Upper Lorraine. I was able to nominate my niece (until she died) and continue to be able to nominate my uncle and my maternal half-brother, which makes me think the issue is that my wife (my seven children's mother) is landed.

I'm not sure if there's anything else I should include.

Update: I can also nominate my grandchildren, but still not my children!
