Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
So I've encountered that after changing my primary title succession law, the rest of holdings of my demesne changed heir without any possibility for me to control it. I'll explain further:
I'm currently Emperor of Britannia, and I also hold England, Wales, Ireland and Scotland. The succession for all of them was Elective Feudal, so far so good. I appointed as heir my 2nd son, because he has the genius trait whereas the first doesn't. After creating the Empire, I changed the Empire's succession law to Elective Gavelkind, to get that sweet +30% demesne bonus without losing anything, because the rest of the Kingdoms stayed Elective. But after changing it, my first son became heir to every holding I had in my demesne, although in every realm (and also the empire) my 2nd son was still the heir. And when I look up the duchies and counties succession, it states it's Elective Feudal, so I guess it should be picking up the elected heir from the kingdom they belong (all of my demesne is in the Kingdom of England if this information is relevant for the record). Both of them are unlanded too.
It seems to me that if in my duchy and the rest of the counties were to be applied Gavelkind, because in my primary title it's applied, my 2nd and third son should be granted some of the counties, yet my first son inherits every holding except from the empire and the realms while my 2nd and 3rd son inherit nothing.
