Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When losing imperial elective byzantine title while holding the collegium pontificum title, you sometimes lose the title to your vassal, sometimes you keep it. If you keep it, it gets locked to gavelkind succession with the succession laws screen broken, missing any options to change succession type or cognatic settings.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Play as byzantine emperor, convert to hellenic, reform religion and choose temporal leadership, nominate a hellenic non-dynastic vassal, then die.
