In the Hundred years war bookmark of 1337, the duchy of Switzerland has basically 0 tech compared to the places next to it.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Pick 1337 bookmark and open the tech map.

Hi, can you still reproduce this? I can't confirm this issue. The provinces you highlighed on the screenshot were just behind the tech, but they were not on 0 tech.

no one claimed it was at zero tech. it is far behind the area, that it either was forgotten from history/province file or placed within the wrong group out there.
d_swiss being titular may also be in cause.
