Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.

my court physician (28 learning, genius renowned phyisican) isn't treating my courtiers half the time. No idea why/how he decides who to help.

Also: Is there any real reason why your MEDIC doesn't treat ACTUAL WOUNDS? (aka wounded/severely wounded status)

Steps to reproduce the issue.
I guess get a medic and get some sick courtiers...

Steps to reproduce the issue.
I guess get a medic and get some sick courtiers...

This will happen if your Physician is occupied with another job. If you made him your Chancellor, Marshal, Steward, Spymaster, or Court Chaplain (in all likelihood the last one), he's busy improving diplomatic relations, training troops, overseeing construction, scheming, or proselytizing, as you asked him to.

If you landed your Physician, he might be in seclusion (particularly if he's paranoid or has discovered assassination attempts against him).

If your Physician isn't a Councillor or a landed character in seclusion, then this is probably a bug.
