One line summary of your issue
Create Empire Option in intrigue tab causes issues with election, history

Game Version
3.2.1 (AZCE)

What expansions do you have installed?
All of the above

Do you have mods enabled?
Yes

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
As my current character's twilight years ticked away, I decided to cap off his long and fulfilled reign by having him found a new empire, being well over the realm size requirement. I hit the create new empire button in intrigue, and as you can now see, he's the only elector in the empire, and the title history is identical to the kingdom he already holds. There's a concurrent election for the kingdom title, but whoever I designate as my heir apparent seems to be set to gain all of the titles anyways. Also, the continue screen under the single player option in the main menu shows a king-level portrait outline. Will this create any problems if I continue playing the save?

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Clicked create empire option in intrigue tab after meeting realm size requirements with one kingdom title that is agnatic-cognatic elective. The only mods active are the Revolutionary Water and Border mods.

You have no "de jure" land and therefore you have no "de jure" electors. Meaning the only elector is the owner of the title, you.

"de facto" electors don't exists in feudal elective, but in imperial elective of the ERE.

You'll get "de jure" electors with "de jure" drifting of other kingdoms into your empire.

Ah, that makes sense. But what about the title history?

For custom kingdoms/empires, the title history is exactly that of the base duchy/kingdom respectively. I don't think that's a bug. It's less that a new title has been created and more that an existing one has been elevated to a new level of power or dignity or whatever.

Don't understand why that's the case if the kingdom title still exists, but I guess there isn't any reason to procrastinate further for fear of glitches.
