One line summary of your issue
Customizable localization of "kingdom_of" localization keys doesn't work in title view

Game Version
3.2.1

What expansions do you have installed?
All of the above

Do you have mods enabled?
Yes

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I wanted to use customizable localization to have Berber kings and Berber kingdoms just called "King/dom" if the ruler had my custom religion, and use the usual "Sultan/ate" otherwise. Mostly, this works - in the titled name and when hovering over the title shields it works perfectly, but it doesn't work when you go into title view and one of these kingdoms is being displayed. Screenshots attached.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Create a customizable localization and use it in a "kingdom_of" localization key.

Yes, I know about that, that's how I provided localization for kingdom_of_maghreb_arabic in the first place. But if you define one for a religion, who knows which one works when you have a character of both the culture and the religion? Customizable localization seemed a safer bet.

You may be able to find if either culture or religion takes precedence by running a few tests. I may just do that myself and add any conclusive findings to the Wiki.

I think it's more likely that it depends on which order you the localizations load in, and in any case even if it is deterministic it doesn't matter because I don't want all characters of this religion to use the same localizations, only the ones who are Berber.
