One line summary of your issue
Daughters who die before the founding of a bloodline don't pass the newly found one

Game Version
3.1.0 [KKAD]

What expansions do you have installed?
All of the above

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
If you create a new bloodline after your daughters die, even if they were married matrilineally, they won't pass this new bloodline to their children. Other bloodlines found before they die have not problem being passed.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Get a ruler, found some bloodlines, give birth to a daughter, age her and marry her matrilineally, give her kids, check that her kids have inherited all the ones properly, kill her and found a bloodline. This new one will not be added to the kids.

Hi, any chance you have a save that can help us reproduce this?
Hi, I don't have saves that are unmodded right now( turned on the Improved Genetics mod later). But I can reproduce the situation using the above-mentioned steps.
I had my guess in another post and I will paste it here:

Alright, did some more testing and came up with a decision to fix it but it hasn't really helped that much. What I've found out is this effect happens only on dead daughters. It seems the problem lies with how the game takes care of the marriage type after a female character's death. The marriage will be regarded as a regular one despite the fact that when she was alive it was indeed a matrillineal one. That I have no idea how to be fixed yet. Unless there's a check on exactly from which type of marriage the child is born, it will be very difficult to fix.
