Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
If I have a bastard and denounce it the bastard will still get my bloodlines. They are listed as having no father but they get his bloodlines anyways.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Get a bloodline
Have a bastard with an unmarried woman
Denounce the bastard

They have no known father so why would people consider them to have the blood of people they aren't related to. If you get cucked the kid still gets your bloodlines despite not being related to you. Bloodlines are meant to be more of a reputation thing I think. Not that having the blood makes you stronger but just that people think it does.
