Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I'm a Christian wife and my husband is Muslim.

I request a divorce from my religious head, but he won't grant it, because of a -1000 "fighting in crusade" modifier.

Except my husband is fighting on the Muslim side of the crusade, not the Christian side, so this shouldn't prevent the divorce. If anything it should make it easier.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. be Christian with a Muslim spouse
2. have your spouse fight against a Christian crusade
3. request a divorce

No game, Sultan Aybak is waging war WITH the infidels in the current crusade.
