Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Upon completion of the Smith event series which grants you a weapon, armor or jewels, the armor and weapon ending events (where your char gets their weapon) give you 2 identical artifacts.
I was playing as a count two times when this happened, so not sure if its a bug with a certain tier or everyone.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1) Take the Search for a Smith decision and follow through it, and in the end you'll get an identical copy of the artifact you just received, and of course it gets destroyed since its the exact same.
