Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I accidentaly cheated my way to a lot of money in my recent ironman game as nomad horde, by creating a situation where an army of mine, besieging an enemy city while toggled to raid, did not "raid" the castle when the siege was completed. Instead, the garrison, set to 0 now due to just having been sieged, staid at 0, and my army kept besieging the capital holding of the county- succeeding once a day, netting me 13 gold and some piety for maybe a year or so each time :D

Steps to reproduce the issue.
I managed to not recreate it yet, but anticipated all steps that led to the situation, and it should be reproducable. I'll test that if I can, however I couldn't easily recreate that situation in the ironman game before after I gave up on cheating:

-My horde was toggled to raid, I did in fact intend to raid the country
-My ally called me into a war against a raid target
-The raid target (AI) had previously settled an adventurer, without my knowledge at this point, to prevent itself from those constant raids on their border

-Thus, while I was unable to do the raid and complete my warrior lodge mission due to the adventurer settled modifier on the counties, I was able to siege the holding anyhow due to my ally calling me into the war.
However, as my army was toggled as raider, they did not occupy the holding- and instead kept then netting it every day.

Reproduced it the other day, Target AI landed an adventurer to prevent raiding while I was still hostile (from raiding), leading in this circumstance to sieges going on until the Raid-hostility-timer wore down, however due to the adventurer preventing the "Looted"-modifier from being applied, causing a loop at this point.
