At some point after turning from Duchy of Frisia into Duchy of Holland, I noticed that every realm on the marriage screen is styled as Duchy of Holland. The attached screenshot shows a good example of it, where the King of France (and everyone else) is shown as being a part of the Duchy of Holland.
