One line summary of your issue
False "You're under attack" messages

Game Version
3.1.0 KKAD

What expansions do you have installed?
All of the above

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
If you station troops (retinue usually) in a province and there is fighting between 2 neutral armies (say 2 of your vasalls or 2 foreign armies with which you're at peace), then you get a "your troops are being attacked" message.

In the same vein you get a "your lands are being besieged" message when you have troops in a province and someone else is sieging it down (I think it doesn't even have to be one you own! - not sure about this though). Again in a situation where you're not involved (again think 2 vasalls fighting or something like that).

If possible it would be nice to exclude these useless messages (since you're not involved/not able to get involved) to improve the quality of the message settings.

(It would be AMAZING to have a notification similar to EU4's for ships when your troops eat massive amounts of attrition though)

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Own land, own troops, have 2 neutral armies fight there (vasall suffering a revolt for example) and then have one of those siege the province.
