Female ruler stuck on pilgrimage after difficult pregnancy

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
My female ruler got the mission from Domenican order to go on a pilgrimage, which I did even though my ruler was pregnant.
During that pilgrimage the pregnancy got difficult so I chose the option to go into my chambers as "in hiding".
After the pregnancy my ruler was fine but has remained on pilgrimage now way over 20 years with 0 events concerning the pilgrimage after going into hiding.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Get a female ruler
2. Get pregnant
3. Go on a pilgrimage
4. Hope you get difficult pregnancy
