Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I recently installed CK2 for free, and hearing I could receive the Old Gods for free I took the steps. I subscribed to the newsletter. however, the promise of free DLC was unfulfilled, as I was unable to see the free expansion in steam or the Paradox Library.

I had received the E-mail to confirm my subscription to the newsletter, and nothing came. still unable to actually install the DLC.
undeterred i checked multiple online forums and all of them had steps that just weren't working. some mentioned a second email to confirm the DLC but i never recieved one, my library never had anything visible in it.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1) subscribe to the newletter
2) confirm the subscription, and check if it's available. ( it wasn't)
3)attempt to fix following this instruction manual, (

4) never receive the email mentioned in step 10/3

The campaign for this actually ended back in 2020 and that's why it hasn't been provided to you. In short, the DLC is no longer given out and you are ineligible to get it I'm afraid .
