Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
In any new save game I would have dozens of friends and lovers added for my character and all ai characters automatically. This includes male lovers when my character doesn't have the homosexual trait. they seem to be more prevalent in the same realm/liege and age doesn't matter as even children are added as lovers. If I break up with these lovers they are just added again days later. I run the game of thrones mod 2.2 and various submods but have not added any new ones since this problem started however I did self edit some new bloodlines and added barony slots into a province.

Start a new save game
Wait a month

Mod issue, hence wrong place to post this. Not that you would get (much) feedback here anyway.
Probably a bug/incompatibility of one of the submods, as i haven't heard of this for AGOT alone.

Check if one of the submods or the bloodlines do that.
Then uncheck the mod(s) that might be involved and see if it happens again.

If you are still not enlightened after, then you could try your luck in the "modding quick questions" thread in the User modifications subforum.
