One line summary of your issue
Game ignores "matrilineal_marriages = no" tag in religion file

Game Version
3.0.1.1

What expansions do you have installed?
All of the above

Do you have mods enabled?
Yes

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I created a mod, and the only modification I made was one line in 00_religions.txt, where I added "matrilineal_marriages = no" to line 73. When I went to test to see if matrilineal marriages were disabled for catholics, I was still able to do so.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
In a seperate mod, add "matrilineal_marriages = no" to line 73 of 00_religions.txt.
