Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
It seems that after version 3.3.5.1 my game won't launch. I am using Steam and my laptop is running Windows 10. I tried deleting the logs folder as was suggested in another thread but that didn't work. My screen freezes and to get back to normal I have to use Ctrl + Alt + Del, sign out, and sign back in

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Try to launch CK2 on a Windows 10 computer from Steam. The screen will freeze and the loading menu will not appear.

Oh..
Just wanted to inform you about it, so you won't have to hope in vain for a support response here.
Thus writing the IF in capital letters, as it wasn't obvious to me if you were looking for support or not.
Could have phrased it differently, but i'm from Berlin, so i'm more straightforward...and the other way is simply not in my nature.
