Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Not sure what the internal logic is for Gavelkind, but it doesn't seem to like distributing secondary titles equally among secondary heirs, with the "better" title going to the elder secondary heir, but distributing one same-level per heir, in this case, giving one Kingdom to one heir. As you can see in pic related, two heirs (Mauressa and Bertilla) have two Kingdoms each cut out for them, while a junior heir (Ana) has zero Kingdoms cut out for her.
This is not as it should be. No heir should get more than one of a same-level title, if that title could be distributed to an heir who has no such level title cut out for him or her.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
- Have many Kingdom titles under one Empire with Gavelkind
- Have many heirs
- Observe the inequitable distribution of heredity of these secondary titles among your secondary heirs
