Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When the game opens up it looks like one of the two screenshots depending on how zoomed in the screen is. Even in the zoomed out view there are distortions you can see like the water texture and the borders between sea zones.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
It only happens some of the times I turn on the game.
