Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When reforming a pagan religion (I did it with hellenic) and choosing polygamy, it is impossible to marry additional wives. My vassals started immediately (I know this as several asked permission to marry my courtiers even though they already had wives) yet under "arrange marriage" I could not select my own character. After looking around, it appears there is a bug where polygamy, even though selectable, does not work without sword of islam
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Simply reform a pagan religion with polygamy without sword of islam installed/active and it will not let you marry additional people
