Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Creating Horse Lords-style mercenary companies: the create_mercenary_company decision from HL_mercenary_decisions.txt that you can only do to your children and siblings, NOT the regular ones from Zeus.
The description of the decisions says they can be recalled at any time, however, they can only be recalled after five years.
The elope events do not check for relationships. I have had siblings run off and become lovers of their own siblings. Once a girl ran off and became her father's lover. None of these had incestuous religions.
Councilors who elope get the fired from council and recently fired opinion modifiers. I didn't fire them, they just ran off.
Only the creator can recall mercenary leaders. This means that if you die, your sibling/child will be stuck as a mercenary leader forever, as your successor cannot recall them.
There are few gender checks. Daughters I have sent off to be leaders are often referred to as my "son."
Women cannot send their children off, but can send their siblings. This is because the check only checks if you are either the father or the sibling.
Children can get the mercenary traditions event based only on if their father has the modifier, not the mother, regardless of status of women laws.
Sending off a woman requires full status of women laws, even if you have a feminist religion like Catharism.
While not employed the player character counts as their employer. I have thus sent away daughter's who, after their brother eloped with them, got into a fight with their "employer's son" and disfigured their own brother.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Send away a child or sibling when you are either nomadic, have the mercenary traditions modifier, or have a bloodline with the bloodline_mercenary_traditions flag.
