Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
So i opened the launcher and the CK3 logo with the baby and the text appears but i only have a refuse/reject/cancel button no accept button.

I can't check the game version nor the checksum because i'm stuck in the baby portrait with the reject option only. But i have auto updates so i assume it's the latest.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Open the client.

But tech support says you have to submit your CD key, where do i find it if i bought the game on steam?

I think that changed sometime in the past few years. Try right-clicking on CK2 in Steam -> View CD key.
Even though I've had the game for six years, I don't see a key for CK2 either, only for a few expansions.
Maybe you have to link your Steam account to your Paradox account instead.

Here's a screenshot of what it looks like, btw my game is in spanish and i can't change the language because i can't enter the game without rejecting the new monarch missions.
