Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I was duke of Corsica (and some other duchies). I died. My successor was chief of one place to the east, Senj, and count of Modena. When he arrived, as this is shown in the screenshots, he has no demesn armies. It's kind of a problem because there are factions, and he only has retinues already levied in his earlier chiefdom, and vassal levies. He can't actually levy any troop from his demesne. His predecessor was at peace and the troops were at home, not levied. This is a seniority rule of succession.
(My mods are only cosmetic for the map)
