IN multiplyer friend owns republics but for me novograd is unplayable

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
me and my friend are playeing multiplyer together and i can play other repbulics but novograd just for me is unavablie and we have tryed multiple restarts and other repbulics are playable.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Play multiplayer with those dlc and play at the start date 1150 at janurary first
