Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I invited my kinsman to matri-marry him to someone in my court but during the time it takes the parent of the girl to accept he leaves my court. I re-invited him (favor), same thing.

savegame attached. usually things like this work but no idea why he IMMEDIATELY leaves again, without any interactions with me

If a character is unmarried but has a dead spouse, they frequently move to the court where their parent lives. Is that what's happening in your game? (It's a weird rule and I think it should be changed to only happen at the moment the spouse dies.)

might have been, but at least the mother (my sister) was dead, not sure about his father (chinese prince), but yeah they used to live at that court.

I gave up after re-inviting him 4 times and just married him to my courtier so he stays, but this was really really annoying. Why am I not given any choice in the matter? I expressly invite him and am WAY below my court size limit and he just leaves the next day ><
